Q:   I placed my order and my payment just didn’t go through. How can I do?

A:   Please do not worry. You can send us a screenshot of the error to our email siaoryne@gmail.com. We’ll reply you within 24 hours during working days. Or you can try to pay it later.or you can click here to check the reason.

Q:Where can you ship to?


A:We ship wordwide. Please write down your detail address, which will help us to ship your dress to you correctly and timely. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to. If such a rare event were to occur, we will contact you ASAP.

Q Are there any additional fees involved in shipping?

A :In some cases, your destination country may charge customs duties or other taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for further information. We will mark the package in low value, but we can't promise no sales tax.

 Q. How much will the shipping cost?

A. It depends on which country you are. some country charge lower shipping cost,some country's shipping fee is higher,you can add to cart for a test.

Q:What payment methods do you currently accept?

A:We currently accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card online or Western Union, Wire Transfer offline. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

Q:Can I cancel the dress if I change my mind?

A :Each dress is made to order in Siaoryne, including standard size dresses. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

Q. I want to buy 6 dresses for my bridesmaids, Can I buy one bridesmaid dress firstly and then buy others after receiving the first one?

A. We suggest you buy your bridesmaid dresses at one time/one order. You know, the dresses of same color you order in different time may have a little color difference, because they are made from different batch fabric, and color difference is unavoidable.Or you contact us before placing the order to avoid the issue.

Q. What if I would like to do some alterations on the dress, like adding the straps or changing the back style? Do I need to pay extra money?

A. It is no problem to make some alterations on the dress, and please tell us clearly where you want to change. We offer free alterations for simple changes, like add padding, and add straps. We’ll charge reasonable fee for some complicated alterations. Whatever we’ll contact you firstly when we see your requirements.

Q: If I order this dress in a standard size, can I return it if it does not fit? Or if I just do not like it?

A: If we send wrong or unmatched dress, we will take all responsibility and give you a top solution to your best satisfaction. We are afraid that return without reason is not acceptable, because each dress you order will be made from scratch totally according to your specifications and it’s not in stock. So please measure your body precisely in accords with our website size chart. We offer the Size & Color Guide for your good use.
