4, tell us your event date, so we can arrange the production and send you in time.Our factory will need about 10-15 days to finish .(in top season October to April , 20- 25 days),all dress will be shipped by express fast shipping which takes 4-7 days or so.

We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, or you change or you mind, and some other reasons for it .We refuse return the items without any quality problems.

Occasion dresses: Within 12-15 Business Days (From May to Dec)
Occasion dresses: Within 15-30 Business Days (From Jan to April)
Wedding dresses: 15-25 Business Days (From May to Dec)
Wedding dresses: 20-40 Business Days (From Jan to April)

Rush Order Shipping: 4-7 workdays
Standard Shipping:10-15 workdays
Special Estimated Delivery Time For Rush Order:
Rush order: within 15 workding days,please add $30.00 , this cost is paid for fast shipping and tailors who would like to work extra time to finish this dress.
Please note:Not every gown can be received within 15 business days. This $30 is just to prioritize your order and choose the fastest shipping method for you. Please understand that!

All the dresses are not in stock, whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you.And all of our gowns are handmade. We will not start making the dress until we receive your order.
Delivery Guide
To better communicate with you, please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, then you must provide us with a physical address by email.
Packing
In order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag .
Note :The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will be customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.
Please refuse to sign the package if you find the package is broken and contact with us at the first time, we will help you solve all the problem
